1. Rent cannot be more than a 1/3 of your monthly bring home pay.
2. You must have a current landlord who can give you a good reference.
3. You must have completed your current lease with previous landlord.
4. You must have employment and/or proof of income.
5. You must have complete all our required forms.
6. You must be able to pay rent on the 1st or no later than 5th of each month.
7. We prefer a 2 year lease agreement.
